After the grade is right, that's when we bring in quality topsoil. We're not just dumping it - we're carefully grading it to maintain those proper slopes. Finally, we can hydroseed, which gives us the best chance for strong grass growth and long-term stability.

Ask specific questions about cleanup and grading. A good contractor should be able to tell you exactly how they'll handle the grindings and what steps they'll take to protect your yard's grade.
